Important Information

1) All ourstudents will be automatically re enrolled into next terms tennis. Please note this includes from the end of one year to the beginning of the next. No need to re enrol each term!

2) If you ever want to stop your child's tennis coaching payments all we require is 14 days written notice. Your lesson payments will then be stopped 14 days from the date you submit the email or form to us.

3) Please note there is a $39 first year Coaching Membership fee. (only $20 year 2+) The benefits of membership and Tennis Queensland registration is explained in the coaching enrolment form.

4) Permission to Photograph/Video: I give permission for my child to be photographed and/or video recorded during any lesson or event run by Shaw Park Tennis Centre. Those images may be used by Shaw Park Tennis Centre on their website/social media/printed materials unless otherwise advised in writing by email to shawpark@tennisgear.com.au
